FALL MEDIA RETURN GUIDELINES
DDP rental media is the property of Washington State University and must be returned upon dropping,
withdrawing, or completing the course. It is your responsibility to ensure the timely delivery of
materials to DDP. Failure to return fall semester rental media by JANUARY 14, 2008 will result in the
following late fees:
FLEX EXTENSIONS & INCOMPLETES:
There will not be any additional media fee charges for flexible course extensions or semester-based
incompletes until you have completed or withdrawn from the course(s). Media must then be returned
in a timely manner to avoid additional fees.
MEDIA RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put media in the original case or sleeve with the imprinted barcode before packing.
(The barcode is used to track media returns.)
- Using the shipping label provided in your box, return media to DDP via a delivery
service that offers shipment tracking such as FedEx, UPS, or the U.S. Postal Service
with delivery confirmation.
- Track your shipment through the delivery service you selected and check myDDP to
confirm the processing of your return (select “Shipment History” on your “Student Menu” page).
