Request Fall Proctored Exams Now
All proctored exams for a course may be REQUESTED at the beginning of the course if you have a proctor who is able and agrees to hold untaken exams for a semester. Please note, requesting exams so they're ready for you to take is not the same as taking exams; you should submit all course work preceding an exam before you actually take it.
Request exams/Submit a proctor nomination in My DDP (not WebCT, even if the course is delivered in WebCT). Log in to My DDP with your WSU Network ID and password, and select "Current Courses." In the list of courses, select "view" in the "Course Work" column for the course for which you need a proctored exam. Select "Request" in the "Exam Sent" column for the appropriate exam, complete the Proctor Nomination/Exam Request, and select "Submit Exam Request."
When requesting exams, please be aware of the following:
- You may use the "Comments" box to include the
proctor’s fax number or other information.
- The word "Request" is replaced first by the
date you submit the request (shown in red) and then by the date the exam
is sent to the proctor (shown in blue and linked to the proctor
information). Exams are usually processed within two working days.
- If you need exams sent to a proctor quickly, select the Federal Express option; FedEx charges are posted to your student account.
Please make sure you understand all your options as you begin your courses and make plans with your proctor ahead of time, especially if expedited delivey of completed exams might be necessary:
